A large hedge surrounds the property affording excellent privacy. Kitchen comes fully equipped with Viking gas stove, side by side refrigerator and all necessary appliances for the family chef. All bedrooms; including the attached den have queen sized beds. Ceiling fans are in all three bedrooms. One bedroom is located downstairs overlooking the pool and two bedrooms & den are upstairs. The sofa sleeper in the screened in lanai (great for kids) is also queen size. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower/bath tubs. Living/dining area has TV,VCR, DVD, CD player and a large dining table for social gatherings.
