Overlooking Anahola Bay is the Kauai Gardens Estate on the beautiful north east coast of Kauai. "Kauai Gardens" vacation rental is located on a very private 1.5 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac road. This custom built home with an Asian flare features exotic hardwoods, antique furniture marble counters and bathrooms, large flat screen TV & DVD player and a lavish, tropically landscaped, terraced property overlooking the Pacific Ocean. TV also in den of main home.
Kauai Gardens consists of a main home with 3 bedroom suites appropriately named; Royal Gardens, Aloha & Tiki Suites. Also on the property is the Bali Hai Cottage which makes up the 4th bedroom suite and is a detached guest cottage. Ocean views abound from most rooms and all four bedroom suites have a private outdoor hot tub to relax in and take in the views.
"Royal Gardens Suite" has a king bed, on suite bathroom with a marble lined sunken bath tub, TV & DVD player, a private lanai with hot tub and an extra large living area with large flat screen TV & DVD Player and a full kitchen that is delightful for family gatherings. The main living area has a second guest bathroom, den area, and complimentary wi-fi.

Aloha & Tiki bedroom Suites are located on opposite ends of the home, each with a queen bed, marble lined double head showers & slider doors that lead out to the private gardens & hot tub areas. Off both the Aloha & Tiki Suites is a sitting area for privacy. TV & DVD Player in both bedrooms.

Bali Hai Cottage
Bali Hai Cottage is a cute & cozy one bedroom, one bath with a separate sitting area and kitchenette. Bali Hai Cottage has teak floors, tile counters, vaulted lauhala thatched ceilings, marble lined shower and ceiling fans. Bedroom and living room both have sliding glass doors that open up to the deck where the hot tub is located for this bedroom. 2 TVs and DVD player in cottage.
Bali Hai Guest Cottage can be rented in conjunction with other suites; not separately.

Kapaa town is a mere 8 miles south and Princeville and Hanalei towns 12 to 15 miles north for groceries, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and recreational activities.
It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach for swimming, snorkeling and shell picking. You may be lucky and even find a glass ball on the beach! Outdoor showers are located outside of Bali Hai Cottage and in the porte cochere; great after returning from a day at the beach!
