The people at the Garden Island office were very helpful and quick to respond with the added steps needed with the quarantine exemptions. The resort is in a very quiet location. I think it was the most peaceful place we found on Kauai. Every amenity we needed was in the condo. The only complaint we had was that the living room couch smelled bad and we did not use it at all.

We've stayed here before and hope to come back. The unit is absolutely perfect for two people, with a very usable kitchen and a lanai that's great for reading a book or just being hypnotized by the ocean waves. Kapaa is close, but just beyond comfortable after-dark walking distance, although that is an extremely minor quibble. All in all a wonderful spot.

We stayed at #221 Jan 6-13, 2020. The unit was perfect for us. We ate in a couple of nights and the kitchen was nice. The location is so wonderful--easy to get to restaurants close and all around the island. We loved the 2nd floor unit with wonderful views. We had a loose handle in the shower, called and it was fixed immediately--Wow! Highly recommend.

Perfect place for 2 persons, in the morning Sunrise over the Ocean, condo really well equiped, modern and very cosy. Really nothing to complain. walking distance to nearby Beachpark and Hilton Beach Bar. Any other location by car. Property Management very responsive during stay. Late-checkout was charged with allmost full rate for an extra day - not goodwill, but still the better choice.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kaha Lani Resort #221. The rental was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week on Kauai. Very clean! One of the beach chairs broke, we called the rental company, and they replaced both of the chairs with brand new ones within an hour. That was the only mishap we had. This place is walking distance to Lydgate Beach, and the Hilton outside bar if you don't want to drive anyplace. We highly recommend this location, central to everything on the island.

Love the communication. Easy to check in and out. Please be respectful and keep this apartment clean for future guests. I love this place updated appliances clean and comfortable bed. The location was central to both South and North shore. The apartment has all the utensils you need for daily cooking. Great place will stay here in a heart beat.

The second floor units at Kaha Lani offer great views and great sounds too. We stayed in #221 and it was very clean and well furnished. Booking was easy and arrival instructions thorough. Actually other than buying laundry soap from an actual person at the on site laundromat, we never spoke to anyone from the property. Printed the instructions, drove in, unlocked the door and moved in. And then back out. Very smooth. Highly recommended.

Kaha Lani is great - centrally located but far enough off the highway so that you only hear the waves. We loved walking on the bike trail and beach at Lyngate Park. Apartment had everything we needed plus a beautiful view.

Overall we were very impressed with this vacation rental. It was clean, renovated, and had great oceanfront views. Located in the east, it was well situated to travel to both the north and south of Kauai with minimal travel time. We appreciated the beach equipment [umbrella, chairs, etc] that was supplied with the unit.
Only complaint would be the lack of hot water [you had to have relatively quick showers or run out of warm water in a hurry]. Also, you could not run the microwave at the same time as the coffee maker or toaster, as you would blow a breaker.

We had a wonderful time at this beach condo. Our favorite place was out on the deck. The inside was very pretty and comfortable too. The owner left some nice extras like beach gear and spices in the cupboard. There were plenty of dishes to use for anything we wanted to cook. I cant imagine a nicer unit. We love to walk for exercise and the walkway in front extends from one end of Ludgate Park to the other. It was wonderful. Nice pool area too. My only suggestions would be to add cinnamon to the spices in the cupboard and to change out the showerhead for one that puts out less water for a longer warm shower. The current one limits the hot water available. No way to turn down the water flow. So we ran out of hot water fast.

Fantastic! Convenient to airport and shopping. Enjoyed walking sidewalk along beach in Lydgate Park. Appreciated the owner providing the Kauai Guidebook (helped define what we wanted to see) and a cooler. Only downside was occasional noise from an adjoining unit.

The condo is small but well equipped. Fresh, gently tropical decor with comfortable furniture fill this cute place. When you open the door, the first thing you notice is the excellent, first class view. Clean and nicely cared for it has to be one of the top three places we have stayed in the islands period!!!
Highly recommend this cozy out of the way complex and this specific condo.
The only one thing that I have to say is I wish there was and accessible washer and dryer in the unit. Otherwise zero complaints from this “ frequent, Hawaiian islands Travellers“

It is very nice that the owner provides beach chairs, something we usually have to do without. The keyless entry makes coming and going and check in and check out a breeze.

I did a lot of research on condos in Kauai and this was by far the best condo. Everything was upgraded beautifully and everything was well stocked. The beach chairs and beach umbrella were lifesavers. We watched a gorgeous sunrise every morning from the large lanai. We don't usually stay in 1 place twice but this is one we would definitely come back to

This suite was absolutely gorgeous!! It looks even better in person than it does in the pictures.
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! We can't wait to come back!
The suite was very clean and well maintained, and the property was so beautiful. Close to the ocean and a quick walk to the beach.
Watching the sunrise each morning and having breakfast on the balcony was a so romantic and relaxing. It really was the perfect vacation.
Even the small details like the amazing smelling soaps made this suite feel very upscale.
This was by far the best trip I've ever been on.
