Plantation Hale J1, Ground Floor, End Unit

We loved our stay. Easy central location and a small walk across a field to the beach. Clean with all the conveniences.

Lovely place, great location - easy (5 min) walk to Coconut Market with lots of great restaurants, to the beach, or to groceries.

Great apartment in the heart of Kauai! It was very central so you can get to other parts of the island. Free parking, a pool and laundry were super helpful!

Clean, centrally located, and a great value!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well appointed. It was nice having access to beach chairs and a cooler. These items made our beach outings enjoyable. The condo is centrally located to the airport, shopping, restaurants and attractions. Overall, this condo was a great value. We highly recommend it fellow travelers who want to avoid the high cost associated with "resorts". While we did not interact with the management team (there were no issues), they did send helpful reminders and tips via text. Check in / out was a breeze!

Very sweet unit with very comfortable bedding. Decorations were very thoughtful. There are some nice restaurants in the area including a lovely place about 10 minutes walking distance called Lava Lava which has live music right next to the ocean. Garden Island Properties was very kind and responsive when I brought up an issue I had and did everything she could to address it. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this ground-floor condo! It was so convenient for loading our family’s luggage and had quick access to trash bins. The location was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk to the beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a pharmacy. It was also a quick drive to popular stores, cafes, and gift shops, and centrally located for exploring both the north and south shores of Kauai. The condo was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking our own food. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend! If we ever visit Kauai again in the future, I’ll choose this place again.

We loved staying in our garden unit at Plantation Hale. The location was great, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Since Kapa'a is centrally located on Kaua'i, it made it easy to travel to different parts of the island. Kanani was prompt and friendly in responding to our questions and requests. We would definitely stay there again the next time we vacation in Kaua'i.

Room was great. The decor is wonderful.

We loved this location. It's such a great jumping off point for both the North and South shores. It was also great to be able to walk to restaurants and stores, and to have the ocean right across the street. We had some issues with our first unit, and the company moved us into this one right away. I really appreciated the responsiveness to all our needs. Everyone we interacted with was warm and helpful. And Kauai could not be more beautiful. This was a comparatively affordable way to spend meaningful time there. Thanks!
