Cliffs at Princeville #1208B, North Shore Resort

This property is absolutely gorgeous with all of the amenities that you could ever want. The pool/hot tubs are fantastic, the room is quaint with everything you need besides a full kitchen, it can get warm at night, but there are a total of 3 fans that get air moving through the room when the screen door to the balcony is open. My wife and I ended up loving Princeville. Very quite and extremely clean, you are only 10-15 minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and farmer markets. We rate this property 5/5 and have no complaints. The staff on the property we absolutely fantastic and always will to answer any questions we may have had.

The room was perfect for our romantic stay in paradise. It fit our budget while allowing us to stay on the north shore in Princeville. Located close to shopping and restaurants and just a short drive to Hanalei. I would recommend staying here.

My wife and I spent one week at the Cliffs. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The room was clean and met our needs. The room has no air conditioning, the weather was pleasant so it wasn’t an issue. The frig is small and all dish cleaning has to be done in the bathroom sink. We prepared many of our meals in our room with grills conveniently located nearby. Overall we would recommend the Cliffs.

It was our first time in Kauai and I will say that we were not in our room much. Only to recharge; shower, change and snack before heading out to some new magical place. This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. I felt that they went above and beyond with communication. We also loved the anticipation of things we would need such as beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella. We can't wait to come back.

We are regular timeshare guest at the Cliffs and we’re looking to add an additional week. This option was affordable. The unit is clean. The room is west facing and got hot. No ability for a cross breeze. We also like to prepare our own meals. The coffee bar was a challenge but we made it work. We were content with the location but I would not recommend for a long stay unless you are with a larger group and just needed an extra room.

Kauai is our favorite island in Hawaii, and this is such a great location to stay. Cute and charming spot for my husband and me. We enjoyed eating on the balcony and taking chairs down to watch the sunset on the property. Easy and quick access to Hanalei Bay and Na Pali Coast. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Nice location next to the ocean, great farmer's market in Princeville area on the weekends. Well maintained unit, as described, the whole unit is split in 2 sections. Good service with amenities. Reception area for the property open to all guests for most of the time. Property has tennis courts, swimming pool and library area for guests. Open parking with plenty of spots.

We needed a place to stay while exploring Kauai. This room in Princeville fit the bill. A great location. The room was exactly as it appears and was described.

Room and resort were nice. However the door to the unit (the individual unit B) did not lock. The door was unlocked the entire stay.

My husband and I rented this unit to have more sleeping space. The rest of our family stayed at a different unit and it wasn't big enough for us all. We did have some problems in the unit but they were quickly addressed. But I should of spent a few more dollars for a better unit.

My husband and I had a great stay in this unit. It was very nice and clean. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay like silverware, beach chairs, laundry, etc. Also, the resort is fantastic. There is a beautiful pool that we spent a lot of time at, pickle ball, tennis, bike rentals, and more. It is also very conveniently located. We rented bikes every day and were able to go to 3 different beaches and the shopping center. I would highly recommend Queen’s Bath. It was so beautiful. The only thing we would do differently next time is to rent a car. Due to the car rental shortage, we weren’t able to get a car and there are no Ubers in the Princeville area. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay! I would definitely recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Property had tennis, basketball, and a putting green. You can borrow all the equipment from the front desk. Great pool and splash pad for kids. Also had wine tasting one night out on the bluff over looking the ocean!

Management was friendly and approachable. We appreciated that beach chairs and a small cooler were available for use. The room is starting to look worn and gets very stuffy, even with 3 fans provided. It overlooks a parking lot, which can be noisy. The only place to wash dishes from the "kitchenette" is the bathroom sink.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and maintained this condo was for the price they charged - way affordable for Princeville! The bed was really comfy too. The pool area is super nice too - I used it to a ton. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and parking was really easy. Amazing experience.

Two downsides: there wasn't any AC, but actually wasn't totally necessary given the beautiful weather we were having. And, minor since I didn't use it very much, but the TV was really hard to use.

The rental was in a great spot, and the bed was so comfortable with a reasonable size room. Having the esky provided was also very useful.
The room did have a funny smell which I am not sure if it was from sewerage or damp but that was off putting.

Prooerty is well maintained. Nice pool and activities provided by the property. Only negative is that you have to clean dishes in the bathroom sink. Can clog the sink.

Our stay was one of the highlights of our trip. We were mainly interested in the whales and the nice chairs on the cliff provided nice viewing of lots of whales. The only bad thing was the two days of high wind and surf which interfered with whale watching. It was really nice to be able to walk to Princeville Center for groceries and restaurants. It was a long drive with lots of traffic to see the rest of the island's attractions but we liked staying here.

The location and the amenities at the resort were very nice. the issue we had was the room was advertised with a kitchenette, there was no stove, no oven and no sink. The refrigerator was small e had to put our gallon of milk in the ice chest. When we washed our dishes in the bathroom I felt like I was camping. bought food ahead of time that we were unable to cook with only a microwave.

Internet was out when we arrived, but we got an immediate response even on Christmas Day. The service was restored the next day. Like other visitors, we found the mattress and pillows to be very uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our 8-day stay at The Cliffs. The unit was comfortable and clean, the staff so helpful. The only thing that got old was washing the dishes in the bathroom sink or tub. This really isn't a studio, it's more like a hotel room with a refrigerator and microwave. We really enjoyed all the activities that The Cliff offered - pool, hot tub, fitness studio, tennis, shuffleboard, pickleball, food trucks, and even some winetasting on the bluff! The staff was so helpful with their suggestions of hikes and beaches. We came in on a late flight, so it was dark when we arrived to the condos - not fun being unfamiliar with Princeville, the way the condos were laid out and the dim lighting. But we called the property managers and they were very helpful. They even called us back the next day to make sure we had settled alright. Nice folks!

Lovely condo, clean and many personalized items.

This was all we needed for a great stay on the beautiful Kauai north shore. Location is excellent; actually just a 10 min walk to the Queen's Bath trail, great paved walking trails along the cliffs and a short 10 min drive to Hanalei or Kilauea and several beautiful beaches. The property is older, but well maintained with such friendly staff. Everyone from the front desk to concierge to grounds crews were always lovely. Also enjoyed many sunsets from the cliff top Muskoka chairs. Excellent amenities: pool, tennis courts, shuffleboards, BBQs on the grounds and you can borrow board games, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Anything you need. The room was basic but clean; like a hotel room (bed/bathroom/patio/mini fridge) and with plates, cutlery, etc. so you can prep and enjoy some lighter meals on your own. Note no ocean view from the room.

The property was in a great location for Noeth shore activities. The condo however was only partially updated. The bathroom was not great. You couldn’t take a bath in the tub as the drain was broken. Fixtures were very old and looked dirty/rusty.
