Two bedrooms, two bath, 3rd floor (top floor walk-up) unit with washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking. This resort does not have AC.
Loft bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. The downstairs "guest" bedroom is furnished with 2 Twin size beds (convertible to a King- housekeeping fee applies). Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and small cooler are provided for your use during your stay. Sleeps 4.

We were very comfortable in this home and it was very convenient to local restaurants and grocery stores as well as beach access to hotel bars and restaurants. Access to the North and South Island was easy from this location as it was between the locations that we visited. If we return, we will definitely stay here.

This property was a great fit for a family of four including two teenagers because he had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and occasional lunch. It was essentially located and right on the water. There is a beach nearby, but we had to wait through water to get to it. Alternatively, you can snorkel right off the property as the rock and coral. The management company was also very helpful in securing a cruise to the Napali coast when TripAdvisor and Viator were showing it is sold out.

This is the second time we have stayed at this exact residence. The owner is so welcoming and was great at communicating with us. Our morning coffee watching the sunrise off of the lanai was one our favorite parts of the trip. Great pool and bbq area and centrally located on the island. Beautiful interior with plenty of room for my wife and I along with our two grown children, Everything you need for a great vacation. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

We had an amazing stay in this unit. The owner thought of every detail
in decor and guest offerings when renovating this property. We were worried about no AC, but with the amazing sea breeze we and no issues. We loved the comfortable furniture on lanai to relax in the early morning

Very nice 2 floors condo, we loved the whole place and decoration. Full kitchen with quality furniture. We could have used A/C just once otherwise the other nights the wind and fans were enough. The location is close to many restaurants and markets. There are sand beaches nearby walking distance. Very clean and easy to check-in and out.

We had a great stay at Kapa’a Shores. Our condo was very clean and had all the extras we needed - beach chairs, umbrella, coolers. Being it was our first time to Kauai we weren’t sure what location to stay at, but Kapa’a town was just right for us. We loved the hike/walking trail that followed along the ocean, we loved the pool and hot tub, and we loved the view from our lanai.

My mom and I stayed her for an adults only trip to Kauai. The condo was as described, had all of the amenities, was very clean and overall I recommend it. There are stairs which is in the listing however it is something to keep in mind. We loved sitting on the Lanai listening to the ocean.

Our condo was simply amazing. We were a little worried about no AC, but with the doors open and the windows open at night it was no problem whatsoever. Our condo unit was cozy, efficient and had everything you could possibly need.. It was a plus because it even had beach towels, beach bags, hats and cooler's. We absolutely loved staying there and we will come back Next year and stay at the same locatio!!

The rental agency handled every detail via mail. Clear, clean instructions. This condo was far and above better than any VRBO we have ever used. Every detail was amazing. The condo: furniture, fixtures, lights, appliances, flooring, decor, paint—were all upgraded and top notch. Ceiling, floor stand, table stand fans in every room. All kinds of beach gear. So many light switches, labels would have been welcomed. If or when we return to Kauai—this will be the destination.

This property was great. The views were awesome from the lanai. The pool is directly below the unit, which I liked because you knew when it was busy or not. The staff did a great job of cleaning and testing the pool and hot tub every morning. They also clean the 4 gas grills every morning as well. I thought this was a great thing from a small complex. the lounge chairs are plentiful and offer a nice mix of sun and shade spots and the surf was a constant pleasant noise. It is not a swimming beach, but it is great for just relaxing and letting your cares slip away.
The unit itself was nice outfitted with extra beach towels, 4 nice beach chairs, and several coolers. The breeze that came thru the unit 24yrs a day was incredible!! there was never a moment I wished that the unit had AC, because you would have lost the sounds of the ocean if we had closed it up. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked well. The fridge is a bit small but otherwise it was fine. The only knock I have is the two couches are old and the smaller one is a bench style that was uncomfortable.
Great location!! Bars/restaurants literally across the street and also within a mile walk in either direction. Both directions also have trails that go right along the water so it is nice no matter where you go. I would definitely recommend this unit and I would stay there again.

We absolutely enjoyed our time at Kapaa Shore Resort #327. Unit is lovely and the view from balcony is amazing. Owners have provided all the necessities for cooking, grilling, and beach chairs/towels allowing us to immediately start enjoying our vacation upon arrival. Being an end unit directly next to the ocean there was always a cool breeze and the sounds of the crashing waves is amazing.

This is a beautifully remodeled, two story condo with an ocean breeze through the home, wonderful outdoor balcony seating to enjoy anytime during the day and evening. Lovingly decorated and guests are made to feel right at home in paradise! Perfect kitchen set up, very comfortable beds, excellent showers and sink areas. It is perfect!!
There is a great grocery across the street, nearby shops and galleries.
We could not have had a more wonderful 4 days and would gladly stay again.'

This condo is exceptional! It was immaculate and beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. Located in Kapaa town, we loved the location because it was across from Safeway and Starbucks and a great central location for our day trips to Poipu and Hanalei. There was plenty of parking and the complex is very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and spa in the afternoons after our days at the beach. The beach there is not for swimming but there is a beautiful lawn with lounge chairs to sit and enjoy the view. We were truly overwhelmed with how charming this condo was for our week-long stay. This condo is so incredibly beautiful and the artwork is breathtaking. Check-in was seamless. Thank you for your hospitality.

My trip was a combo of pleasure and business. The Kapaa Shore Resort worked well for both. The resort was comfortable and clean. Only negative being a lack of a swimmable beach. Location was convenient, but a bit congested.

We would recommend life-guarded beaches such as Lydgate Beach Park located roughly 2.4 mi from the resort. The condo had been renovated beautifully! The pics are more than accurate. It was a beautiful view each morning to wake to. Everything with the property rental was easy. Only con would be that the pool/hot tub closes at 530. With us going to the beach each day it would have been nice to enjoy the area after we returned.

Kapaa Shores #327 is a stunning unit in a perfect location. The owner spared no expense during the renovation of this unit and it shows. There are high end appliances throughout and all of the amenities are lovely. It is an end unit on the ocean side. As a result, the air circulation is great since none of the units have a/c and you have the continual sounds of the ocean as your backdrop. The condos are centrally located in Kapaa so it’s easy to head to Princeville, Lihue or Poipu. As always, the management company was helpful, attentive and eager to assist. I very much appreciated all of their assistance with my “bubble” experience; it was invaluable. The only downside, if you even call it that, is that the second bedroom is on the lower level, backing to the outside hallway. Other guests of the condos can forget about this and you will have some noise from that but it certainly is not a reason not to stay at this spectacular unit.

Loved this newly redone condo. Bright and clean with total beachfront views. Had everything we could possibly need. Resort is very nice with pool, jacuzzi and barbecues. Will come back again.

Condo is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The lanai is perfect for enjoying the view or coffee. While there is no beach to speak of, the waterfront area is still enjoyable. The condo is located close to grocery stores and anything else you could need. Great midway location for exploring around the island. Condo has plenty of room and wifi was good, except for in the bedroom downstairs. Lots of amenities like beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and plenty of kitchen cookware if you prefer to make meals. We had one minor issue during our stay, but the management company was able to send someone out the same day to take care of it. Would highly recommend.

Condo has all amenities of a home and we enjoyed being able to cook Xmas dinner and other meals for us and another family. The sunrises were absolutely stunning and the pool and jacuzzi were clean.
Good walking to restaurants and supermarkets. Beach is not walking beach and that was one of our disappointments. Otherwise wonderful property.

Amazing recently renovated condo. Woodwork detail, furnishings and artwork really made this the best condo we stayed in during our trip to Hawaii. Property rental office just across the street and very accessible for help. Kapaa has many good restaurants and shops close by. The bike trail next to condo goes for 5-7 miles north to great beaches (bike rental just next door). Condo pool and hot tub were good too.

The place is really clean and very well equipped. You can tell the owners paid attention to detail when remodeling this unit. Light and bright with an excellent view. The lanai was really nice to catch the morning sunrise, have coffee, and play card games. It was plenty of space for 4 adults. The unit is centrally located in Kapaa and walking distance to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. The only few things to consider, which were not an issue for us, the room downstairs is very loud because it's not fully enclosed so you can hear everything going on in the unit and the wifi signal was weak but hey who is going to Kauai to sit on their devices all day.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Getting access was super easy. The condo is on the end right next to the ocean. We spent every morning on the patio admiring the breathtaking views. While the condo is on the ocean, there is not really a beach and not a safe place to swim in the ocean. The resort does, however, have a nice grassy area right along the shore where you can bask in the sun and enjoy the sounds of the waves. The condo is conveniently located near lots of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. It is also centrally located between the north shore and the south shore. The only downside was there there was no A/C and it got a bit warm during the day. I really loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The units at this property are not equipped with air conditioning; however we recommend opening the sliding glass door to the balcony as well as all windows to allow a cross breeze to enter the unit. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or location. The condo was well appointed, well maintained, and clean. The decor was cohesive and beachy. The view was spectacular. Loved that it was right on the water and you could keep all the windows open to hear the ocean. One of our family members didn't feel well during the trip so we stayed in quite a bit, but because of the view we didn't feel like we were missing out. Would stay here again.
