"Plumeria Hale" is a bright and airy second story, two-bedroom condo with partial ocean views, located a short walk to the beach. Named after the delicate and beautiful plumeria flower, the space is inspired by the hues of creams, yellows and oranges typical of the flower as well as the blues and greens of the nearby ocean and surrounding lush coconut tree forest.
The central location on Kauai’s eastern shore make this the perfect Kauai vacation rental. Easy walking distance to shops, beaches and restaurants makes this Kauai beach side condo a truly convenient place for your Kauai vacation rental. Located next door to the Coconut Grove at Waipouli, one of the largest coconut groves on the island where Hawaiian Royalty once went horseback riding.Located along the Ke Ala Hele Makalae Bike path!
The kitchen and dining area has double glass doors opening up to a cozy lanai where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and catch a glimpse of the ocean through the trees on each side of the resort located in front. Enjoy cooking and eating meals to the soothing sounds of the ocean with lots of natural light coming in. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets and is equipped with oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker and other amenities.
The Living room offers a smart TV with cable and DVR. Spectrum high speed internet is also included. The windows face the mountain side and offer partial mountain and coconut tree forest views.
The primary bedroom, decorated in calm and dreamy blues has a new king size bed and a half bath. It’s windows face the ocean and you can hear the waves as you fall asleep.
The guest bedroom, decorated in greens and browns, faces the mountain side and also offers partial mountain and coconut tree views. This bedroom can be set up as two twins or a king bed ($52 housekeeping fee applies for king conversion and bedding). It offers a closet and ceiling fan.
A coin operated washer and dryer are available at the property. No tennis court on property.
This cozy 2nd floor end unit apartment with approximately 632 square feet of living area is close to shopping and restaurants. We recommend renting a car so that you are able to explore this beautiful island freely.
**This is not a resort property; No Pool, No AC, No Tennis, No Elevator. If you are looking for an affordable, clean and convenient rental, this is the perfect spot. If you are looking for an upscale resort with a pool and resort facilities, we recommend a different rental property.

We had an upstairs apartment. The access was easy, using a code to enter which made it easy for us all. The space felt clean, welcoming, and well supplied. The kitchen had everything! Great to have two bathrooms. Lots of great towels and beach towels. We stayed with four people and it felt spacious. All in all it was generously supplied and well equipped. There were no cockroaches or any other bugs which is amazing in a subtropical environment. Do know that there are roosters that crow in the night. A concrete path leads to a beautiful beach facing east where you can greet the sunrise every day and watch whales in the distance breaching. A useful map of the island is mounted on the fridge. We were thankful for the glass pyrex to store left overs. All the pans and pots where in great shape. A fan was supplied for every room. Great location if you want easy access to healthy local groceries. (Walk or drive to Papaya’s or drive to Hoku Natural Foods. Safeway is walking distance too.)

Cute little condo. Was well stocked for all of our needs. Even provided us with beach towels and beach chairs. Was only a short walk to a wonderful beach and very close access to EVERYTHING we could need (stores, shops, food, etc).
Some things to note: This place is not very big. It was fine for what we needed, but it is small. The kitchen table is tiny and would be very challenging to try to sit around. There is no AC and windows need to be open. Normally this is delightful but the roosters and chickens cluck and crow all night and VERY early in the morning. Many people feed them right outside the window so they are abundant. Still give 5 stars overall for our stay.

We stayed in mid june. The apartment is very clean, and worked out well for our family of 4.
Positives - Good for family of 4, fully equipped kitchen, nice patio, good size room, proximity to market, nice walkable path to beach, free parking.
Extras - Beach chairs and umbrella. Nice to have these so you don't have to rent.
One thing to remember as shown in pictures, that the ocean can be seen from the kitchen. But it's not clearly visible. So this is really not completely beach facing.

We stayed at Village Manor B22 for one week. We loved the location and the fact that it was on the second floor. From our back balcony we could see and hear the ocean though we were not right on the ocean. The property was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We also love the keypad on the front door so we did not have to keep up with keys.

The apartment was clean, and worked out well for me and my daughter. We rented a car, which allowed us to move around the island during the day and go to beaches where we could snorkel. The beach near the apartment was not a swimming beach. There is a nice bike path that goes by the apartment. And the Safeway is across the street.

The property was well stocked with cookware, linens, cleaning supplies, and clear instructions. We had no problems with the plumbing or any of the amenities and the fans kept us comfortable for September on Kauai. The area was fairly quiet and we were able to relax and really enjoy our stay. And other than one gecko (which was fun to watch), no critters inside.

Overall satisfaction good. We were happy to hv use of kitchen for food prep. However Cleanliness could hv been better. Walls were a bit dirty. Detailed cleaning recommended. Also there were ants in kitchen but maintenance was very quick to respond. Location was good with access to all. We spent most of the time out and about. Would recommend deeper cleaning and maybe updating furniture but overall a pleasant location.

This rental was located in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. It was also easy to get to all the different locations on the island. I am glad that we chose to stay here instead of the North side of the Island.
We went to the Sheraton beach at the back of the property to see the sunrise. There were beach chairs, beach umbrellas and coolers for drinks provided in the unit.
The bathroom had bodywash, shampoo and conditioner.
There were lizards outside the property but I never noticed any bugs, lizards or insects inside the rental. We made sure not to leave any open snack or food out.
All the necessary kitchen utensils were also available. Only thing missing was a drying rack because we were handwashing the dishes, but that would take up counter space so I understand why they didn't have that.

This rental was very easy to book. Communication of everything I needed to know was clear and timely. I had to contact the property manager because I left my phone (door code on the app) and received a return call in a matter of minutes so that I could regain entry. Thank goodness for google in finding the contact info. and my son for always having his phone on him! The property has in a great location, walking distance to coffee, the beach and shopping. Neighbors are quiet and the unit has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Thank You!

This was an ok property in Kapaa Town. We liked that the property was close to grocery store, shops, restaurants, and beaches. Kapaa is central to the island, so it was easy to get to the airport, and to either go down south to Poipu or up north to Princeville area. Kapaa has a cute little town to explore the shops and lots of food trucks.
The rental was nice and furnished with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We were gone all day, so we just needed a place to sleep. The king bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The twin beds were not as comfortable, but worked ok.
A few things we didn't like are that the walls are very thin...meaning that we could hear the people next to us and below us very easily. If your looking for peaceful surroundings, this place is not it. We heard lots of cars driving around, people yelling on the walking trail, and there was a guy using a skill saw morning and night in the vacant lot behind the property. The roosters were not as bothersome to me as the people were. Roosters are everywhere and you get used to them.
We did a boat tour up the Napali Coast, visited Waimae Canyon area, went on hikes, went shopping, and visited many beaches. Donkey Beach was our favorite on the east side, and we loved many beaches on the north side. We loved the island and will hopefully visit again, but we will probably look for a place in Princeville next time just because we would like a quieter place to sleep.

The property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen, which was a high priority for us, and all it's amenities were exactly what we needed to make our stay fantastic. The property was within a two minute walk from the beach, was centered on the island, which made the other part of the island easily accessible. You could hear the ocean from our bedroom window. We would not only recommend this property, but the company who managed it. They made it easy to use!

Unit B22 is everything as advertised. Small 2 bedroom upstairs unit with comfortable furnishings. Clean and well maintained. The kitchen is functional with enough tools to cook good meals. If you decide to stay here remember it does not have AC. Since it is upstairs the tradewinds blow through the unit 24/7. So it was comfortable enough to sleep. You can hear the ocean from the unit if that is what you like. I would recommend this property. Shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Thank you so much for letting us stay here! We really appreciated how fast you sent someone out when the fridge stopped functioning properly. It was also very nice that the place had beach towels and beach umbrellas that we could use. It was a great experience!

This second floor two bedroom apartment is an ideal place to stay in Kapaa. Everything you need is provided. It's clean and located just 1/2 block from the beach. There are many good restaurants, grocers and businesses near by. Entry is easy and safe.

Place was clean and thoughtfully well stocked with kitchen, bath supplies, fans and beach towels and chairs. Was just too hot not to have AC in June. Would look for more of a vacation type unit next time.

This is a great place to explore Kauai, very comfortable and beautifully presented. Owners have thought of everything and we were really delighted with our stay. Our stay here was fabulous! The condo was exactly as described and even better. Its very well kept, organized and comfortable. The bed was super comfy! The place is stocked with all basic necessities and more and the best of all is the convenient location, centrally located to all we needed for groceries, restaurants, shopping, and island activities and proximity to airport.
