Great value and location

The unit was quiet and set back from the main road to Kapa enough that there was no traffic noise. Location and sunrises are great. King bed was comfortable. Plan to return to Kaha Lani in Spring and rent a larger unit with my golf buddies. The adjacent golf course is cheap and better than some high price private courses. PS. The roosters and stray cats are very friendly and will enter downstairs condos if you leave your screen door open.

The property was more than what we expected in location! Facility was like being at home. All amenities were there that we needed. We definitely will be back next year, kitchen was well stocked with everything if you wanted to cook. Ocean right in front of you. Yes, I would recommend to friends. Property clean and only other item might be more fans since nonairconditioining. It was very hot but we knew it would be. Maybe two more big fan needed. .

Perfect location! Long walks on the beach every morning with a magnificent unobstructed view. Fully stocked with everything we needed too. Highly recommend. P.S.Shower curtain liner was needing replacement soon.(did not bother us but next folks might want replaced)

We were here for 11 days and enjoyed every minute of our time in unit #121. Being able to spend every morning on the patio with coffee and breakfast was a real pleasure. The unit had beach towels, pool noodles, and a beach chair. All pleasant surprises. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Some staples in kitchen left from previous guests were helpful. Fabulous views, great pool, beautifully maintained property. Two suggestions for the owner: while the unit was very clean, it may be time for some deep cleaning - kitchen cupboard knobs were sticky and a bit crusty. Bathtub had some soap residue. Neither a deal breaker.The only other issue was loud neighbors above us - a child running back and forth frequently. Called Garden Isle Management; no response to voicemail and the problem continued throughout our stay.Loved the property over all with no significant complaints at all. Would stay again in a heartbeat in this unit.

Beautiful ground floor condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Great property with easy access to Lihue Airport and other places of interest - yet very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous sunrise every morning and beautiful drive to the beaches on the north side of the island. Full stocked kitchen and all the amenities needed. We absolutely loved our stay!

Our stay at the Kaha Lani #121 was very nice. The apartment is equipped with all you need, including a completely equipped kitchen. What you see on the pictures is what you get.We loved the fact, that this unit is one of closest to the beach, so you really could hear and see the waves - perfect. The sleeping room is to the side of the parking lot. therefore you hear neighbours walking or talking - but nothing that bothered too much. We would rent this unit again.

We completely enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautiful, the view was awesome. Nice breeze that cooled the unit. The unit was very well-stocked. I have stayed in other condos and there was not even salt-and-pepper. There was salt pepper spices paper plates a lot of Extras. We will definitely stay again.

The property location and setting was wonderful. The close proximity to Lydgate beach and terrific swim area was thoroughly enjoyed. Being able to watch sunrise and have coffee on the lanai was perfect! The overall location on the island made it easy to explore both the north and south areas as well as Kapaa.

This is a GREAT location away from the traffic in Kapa'a (yes it can be bad most of the day especially in the afternoon)close to Lihue(4 mins from Airport)& the south coast amenities.Kaha Lani is well looked after, the grounds are are superb, the cleaning is professional & in the event you might have any problems Garden Island Properties is excellent & very efficient in solving the problem. We have rented with them several times now & would have absolutely NO hesitation in employing &recommending their excellent services. We have booked for 2018. Unit 121 is perfect for two people with an excellent ocean view, very close to the popular bike/walking path that extends up island.THANKS for a GREAT stay on Kaua'i!

Our condo was extremely close to the ocean and we could sit on the 1st floor lanai, listening to the waves and drinking our coffee each morning. We walked the path to Lydgate park/beach almost every day and the beach there was great! The kitchen was very well equipped, with newer appliances. Everything worked well, except for the bedroom ceiling fan! With no A/C, this was a minor problem, with bedroom being away from those ocean breezes.MahaloAll in all, we loved this condo, the location, coin laundry and pool!We'd recommend it and stay here again!

Great view and outdoor seating to enjoy it. Cooking facilities were good, except stove burners may not be the right ones and not level. Décor for us a bit dark and dated. other guests allow wind to slam doors too much, otherwise noise not too bad. Parking great. Kaha lani staff are great. location is fantastic. Beautiful pool that we did not use. Beach is great for walks and swimming. Grounds are well cared for. Security, well it does feel safe, and kids play freely on the massive lawn area. Plenty of good eating places within 15 minutes. You must have a car

The unit was well maintained and included basic kitchen and beach necessities. It was well decorated, very comfortable, and had a great view. A couple mornings we experienced noise from the parking lot and upstairs neighbors, but overall the facility was quiet. We spent time on two other islands, and enjoyed Kauai and this rental the most.

quiet and set back from the main road to Kapa enough that there was no traffic noise. Location and sunrises are great. King bed was comfortable. Plan to return to Kaha Lani in Spring and rent a larger unit with my golf buddies. The adjacent golf course is cheap and better than some high price private courses. PS. [review] => We were here for 11 days and enjoyed every minute of our time in unit #121. Being able to spend every morning on the patio with coffee and breakfast was a real pleasure. The unit had beach towels, pool noodles, and a beach chair. All pleasant surprises. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Some staples in kitchen left from previous guests were helpful. Fabulous views, great pool, beautifully maintained property. Two suggestions for the owner: while the unit was very clean, it may be time for some deep cleaning - kitchen cupboard knobs were sticky and a bit crusty. Bathtub had some soap residue. Neither a deal breaker.

The only other issue was loud neighbors above us - a child running back and forth frequently. Called Garden Isle Management; no response to voicemail and the problem continued throughout our stay.

The apartment is equipped with all you need, including a completely equipped kitchen. What you see on the pictures is what you get.
We loved the fact, that this unit is one of closest to the beach, so you really could hear and see the waves - perfect. Kaha Lani is well looked after, the grounds are are superb, the cleaning is professional & in the event you might have any problems Garden Island Properties is excellent & very efficient in solving the problem. We have rented with them several times now & would have absolutely NO hesitation in employing &recommending their excellent services. We have booked for 2018. Unit 121 is perfect for two people with an excellent ocean view, very close to the popular bike/walking path that extends up island.

We walked the path to Lydgate park/beach almost every day and the beach there was great!
The kitchen was very well equipped, with newer appliances. Everything worked well, except for the bedroom ceiling fan! With no A/C, this was a minor problem, with bedroom being away from those ocean breezes.
