Right from when we walked in and saw the white paneling, the place felt perfect for our island vacation. The space was perfect with a separate loft for my husband and I and a separate bedroom for our teenage children. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit to keep our clothes clean! The fans and breezes from the windows kept us comfortable without air conditioning. It did get a bit warm at times, but that’s when you went outside to be in the ocean!!

Our unit was spotless upon arrival and all amenities were as described. The grounds are well kept and the pool/tub are maintained daily.

We loved this place. Everything was so well stocked and was just like the beautiful pictures. Loved the balcony and ocean view. Very helpful and responsive host. Location was a good base for getting to other areas too. Definitely recommend.

Location is good, but you can’t easily swim at the beach, there are lots of restaurants and shops close. This condo is right by the hot tub so you will hear people if they are loud at night. I was a little worried about no A/C but it was nice and cool at night and the fans make a big difference.

This condo is in the perfect location. If you like ocean views and the sound of waves crashing 24/7 it’s for you. The condo is perfect for 4 people. Not one complaint. Everything is here that you need and the location is perfect for walks, bike riding, food, and a central location to historic Kappa. Sitting on the lani every morning and night is majestic. Sunrises are fantastic . Will be back here again .

This is a very nice unit located in a flexible location. We did a number of hikes, kayaking, and snorkeling within 30 minutes drive. The condo was clean and well stocked. It was possible to walk to most things (grocery store, restaurants, etc.). Easy check-in and out. No need for AC as the natural ventilation managed temperatures well.

Our family of 4 (including 2 teens) enjoyed the condo immensely! It was very clean, spacious & had all the accommodations that we needed. We enjoyed the condo being 2 levels with windows on the ocean side allowing the trade winds to cool down the place all day. Chairs, cooler, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen (utensils/kitchenware) were a bonus for our trip so we didn’t have to purchase extra to take home. This condo is the best location on the property, not only are you closest to the ocean but you can enjoy your morning coffee with the most beautiful scenery from the balcony. This condo has been our families go to spot for the last 16 years and the 4 times we’ve been on the island. We love it for the convenience of being centrally located allowing reasonable drive time to both North and South shores. Located feet from the shore you have an excellent view and get a great coastal breeze and can fall asleep listening to the ocean waves. Just make sure you go when the trade winds are blowing. On site amenities are fantastic. Lots of beach items to use. Pool area and grounds are excellent and well kept up.

We were very comfortable in this home and it was very convenient to local restaurants and grocery stores as well as beach access to hotel bars and restaurants. Access to the North and South Island was easy from this location as it was between the locations that we visited. If we return, we will definitely stay here.

This property was a great fit for a family of four including two teenagers because he had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and occasional lunch. It was essentially located and right on the water. There is a beach nearby, but we had to wait through water to get to it. Alternatively, you can snorkel right off the property as the rock and coral. The management company was also very helpful in securing a cruise to the Napali coast when TripAdvisor and Viator were showing it is sold out.

This is the second time we have stayed at this exact residence. The owner is so welcoming and was great at communicating with us. Our morning coffee watching the sunrise off of the lanai was one our favorite parts of the trip. Great pool and bbq area and centrally located on the island. Beautiful interior with plenty of room for my wife and I along with our two grown children, Everything you need for a great vacation. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

We had a great stay at Kapa’a Shores. Our condo was very clean and had all the extras we needed - beach chairs, umbrella, coolers. Being it was our first time to Kauai we weren’t sure what location to stay at, but Kapa’a town was just right for us. We loved the hike/walking trail that followed along the ocean, we loved the pool and hot tub, and we loved the view from our lanai.

The rental agency handled every detail via mail. Clear, clean instructions. This condo was far and above better than any VRBO we have ever used. Every detail was amazing. The condo: furniture, fixtures, lights, appliances, flooring, decor, paint—were all upgraded and top notch. Ceiling, floor stand, table stand fans in every room. All kinds of beach gear. So many light switches, labels would have been welcomed. If or when we return to Kauai—this will be the destination.

This property was great. The views were awesome from the lanai. The pool is directly below the unit, which I liked because you knew when it was busy or not. The staff did a great job of cleaning and testing the pool and hot tub every morning. They also clean the 4 gas grills every morning as well. I thought this was a great thing from a small complex. the lounge chairs are plentiful and offer a nice mix of sun and shade spots and the surf was a constant pleasant noise. It is not a swimming beach, but it is great for just relaxing and letting your cares slip away.
The unit itself was nice outfitted with extra beach towels, 4 nice beach chairs, and several coolers. The breeze that came thru the unit 24yrs a day was incredible!! there was never a moment I wished that the unit had AC, because you would have lost the sounds of the ocean if we had closed it up. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked well. The fridge is a bit small but otherwise it was fine. The only knock I have is the two couches are old and the smaller one is a bench style that was uncomfortable.
Great location!! Bars/restaurants literally across the street and also within a mile walk in either direction. Both directions also have trails that go right along the water so it is nice no matter where you go. I would definitely recommend this unit and I would stay there again.

Located in Kapaa town, we loved the location because it was across from Safeway and Starbucks and a great central location for our day trips to Poipu and Hanalei. There was plenty of parking and the complex is very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and spa in the afternoons after our days at the beach. The beach there is not for swimming but there is a beautiful lawn with lounge chairs to sit and enjoy the view. We were truly overwhelmed with how charming this condo was for our week-long stay. This condo is so incredibly beautiful and the artwork is breathtaking. Check-in was seamless. Thank you for your hospitality.

Kapaa Shores #327 is a stunning unit in a perfect location. The owner spared no expense during the renovation of this unit and it shows. There are high end appliances throughout and all of the amenities are lovely. It is an end unit on the ocean side. As a result, the air circulation is great since none of the units have a/c and you have the continual sounds of the ocean as your backdrop. The condos are centrally located in Kapaa so it’s easy to head to Princeville, Lihue or Poipu. As always, the management company was helpful, attentive and eager to assist. I very much appreciated all of their assistance with my “bubble” experience; it was invaluable. The only downside, if you even call it that, is that the second bedroom is on the lower level, backing to the outside hallway. Other guests of the condos can forget about this and you will have some noise from that but it certainly is not a reason not to stay at this spectacular unit.

The place is really clean and very well equipped. You can tell the owners paid attention to detail when remodeling this unit. Light and bright with an excellent view. The lanai was really nice to catch the morning sunrise, have coffee, and play card games. It was plenty of space for 4 adults. The unit is centrally located in Kapaa and walking distance to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. The only few things to consider, which were not an issue for us, the room downstairs is very loud because it's not fully enclosed so you can hear everything going on in the unit and the wifi signal was weak but hey who is going to Kauai to sit on their devices all day.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Getting access was super easy. The condo is on the end right next to the ocean. We spent every morning on the patio admiring the breathtaking views. While the condo is on the ocean, there is not really a beach and not a safe place to swim in the ocean. The resort does, however, have a nice grassy area right along the shore where you can bask in the sun and enjoy the sounds of the waves. The condo is conveniently located near lots of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. It is also centrally located between the north shore and the south shore. The only downside was there there was no A/C and it got a bit warm during the day. I really loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here with friends and we had a great time! My favorite was definitely seeing the chickens every morning. It’s a small cozy stay, but it gets the job done. It was close enough to everything and we appreciated it was near the airport. You have the ability to make meals and just hang out in the living room with the windows and doors open. Great neighborhood! Would recommend you anyone who visits Kauai.

Cute little place! Had everything we needed. We were debating on staying at a hotel/resort, but opted to go for this apartment. So glad we did - there was privacy, barely saw anyone, very little tourists, plentiful parking, steps from a beach, and on top of it, the host was so helpful. I got multiple emails from them regarding instructions to check in and texts to make sure everything was to our liking. Location is great, right off the main road and easy to find. Das Krähen der Hühner ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, betrifft aber die gesamte Insel und von daher hat das nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun. Wir konnten auf Nachfrage auch etwas später aus checken, was für uns sehr angenehm war. Es ist im Prinzip für alles gesorgt und alle wichtigen Sachen sind in der Nähe. Zudem ist Kapaa ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um alle möglichen Ausflüge nach Süden und Norden zu starten. Auf alle Fälle eine Empfehlung. Schon im Vorfeld und auch die gesamte Zeit des Aufenthaltes war der Kontakt sehr angenehm und und hilfreich. We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's not very big, more a place to sleep as opposed to hanging out, because of it's smaller size. It was clean, and had all basic amenities. Loved the 1 1/2 bath!!! Appreciated the beach chairs and towels a lot! Just a 3 minute walk from the ocean. Laundry was outside, but worked just fine. Good communication as needed with the management. It was a positive experience!

The condo was exactly as described. The complex does not have a pool or any similar amenities. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, and soap/shampoo. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all of the cooking and dining supplies. However,it did not have many containers to store food. There was a packable cooler at the condo and a few ice packs to pack a lunch to enjoy at the beach.

We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the beach towels and chairs provided by the condo. There is a nice paved pathway near the beach for those with mobility issues.

Shopping is also close by. There is a Safeway grocery store within walking distance so be sure to bring your card or obtain one there to get the sale prices. Since food (and everything else) is so expensive in Kauai, you will need any savings you can get. Longs drug store is also within a walkable distance. We used our CVS rewards card to obtain discounts on alcohol, snacks, and many other items. The Coconut marketplace also had stores and food options within a short drive. Costco is also near the airport and a short detour on the drive to the condo.

We were real happy with our stay. This ground floor property was accurately described and reasonably priced. It has comfy king beds, quality equipped kitchen and clean and well maintained bathrooms. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher. There is an occupied property above this VRBO. There’s a little traffic noise, but the location - short walk to beach, grocery store and restaurants - made this VRBO favorable. The chickens run wild and a few roosters like to remind you they are there. We didn’t need air conditioning because there was a constant breeze and plenty of floor & ceiling fans. Hardly any clean up required upon check out. No need to keep track of property keys, just remember the door code.

Stayed here with 4 people. Cute, quaint, and absolutely spotless when we arrived. This rental was STOCKED with essentials! Plenty of seasonings, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, beach canopy, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, etc. We were shocked at how little we had to actually go out and buy! This is the perfect location to explore the entire island! Only 25 minutes from the north or south, minutes away from numerous beaches, restaurants, and shops! No AC as stated on the listing, but we just kept the windows open and the cross breeze was perfect (we stayed here in the end of October). The rental owner even let us have a late check out after our flight was changed. Cannot say a single bad thing about this place. HIGHLY recommend this humble abode and would absolutely rent this again!!

Staying in Village Manor condos was ideal for exploring all parts of the island. Condo was clean and had all amenities needed. Only issue was no AC. I’m sure that was in description, but must have missed it.

This was as advertised nice clean vacation condo. We were a family of five with 2 teenage daughters enjoyed our stay here. Condo was compact and had all the needed amenities. Only gripe we had was the neighbor upstairs make loud thudding noise almost every night, we sensed that they were doing this on purpose to discourage from people renting this place. Nevertheless we have a wonderful time. Another thing we liked was easy access to the beach can go for a walk either early morning or late evening.

Overall the experience was fine. Would be nice if a riser was put on the shower head as it is too low on the shower wall (unless you are 5 feet tall). Also there is a noisy timer on the hot water tank. Timer does not seem to be in use.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Village Manor. Plenty room for 4 adults with all needed amenities. Only small complaint was upstairs neighbor heavy footed but only during the day and early evening, not at night.

Our family of 5 had a great stay! Walking distance to the beach. We rented a car and found that this location was in the middle of visiting the north & south parts of the island. Everything we needed was in the apartment.

This apartment had everything we needed for the beach, for cooking and to relax. It is a lovely short walk to the beach. And an easy walk to a lot of restaurants, grocery store and many other stores. Also close to a bus stop. Apartment was very clean and I felt very safe there. Also a good location to explore the island as it is between the northern side and the southern one. Also not far to airport and car rental. Always a pleasure to talk to the manager.

This condo was perfect for the 4 of us! You can walk to Safeway, ABC store and even shaved ice! Plus a few food places are also within walking distance! The beach is super close and we enjoyed watching the sunrise a few days. It was the perfect location to easily get around the whole island and we enjoyed every minute of it! No A/C but they do have fans and with open windows you can get a good breeze going so it wasn’t bad at all! I would definitely come back. Thank you!!

I myself did not stay at the property, but my employees I booked this for were pleased with this rental. My guys mentioned they were very comfortable during their stay, the condo itself was small but the three guys staying there had plenty of room. The unit was very clean and they had everything they needed for their stay. I'd say their only complaint was that it got a little hot there with no AC, however that is clearly listed in the rental description.
The managing member I dealt with was quick to respond and made sure I had all the info that my employees needed for their stay.
I would recommend this place for small business groups or even 2 couples traveling together as their is two bedrooms. This was a great place for the price as well.
