Turnkey and fully furnished 864 square feet of interior area plus a 150 square-foot patio. This air bnb was a lovely place to stay on Kauai. Close to the airport, easy to visit the northern and southern shore, very short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed this being our home base in Kauai and would stay here again. P.S. get a malasada at Passion bakery cafe down the street, little bit of a wait sometimes but great pastries and food.

We loved this location. It's such a great jumping off point for both the North and South shores. It was also great to be able to walk to restaurants and stores, and to have the ocean right across the street. We had some issues with our first unit, and the company moved us into this one right away. I really appreciated the responsiveness to all our needs. Everyone we interacted with was warm and helpful. And Kauai could not be more beautiful. This was a comparatively affordable way to spend meaningful time there. Thanks!

This was a great spot to stay. Loved that there was a little cooler to use for our beach trips. The balcony was a great place to hang our wet things until they dried out. Plenty of fans available. Super convenient/central to the stores and resturaunts in Kapa'a.

Great central rental in Kapaa. Close to multiple grocery stores, and walkable to the beach. Great stay, and great host. Only thing I would say is no AC past May in Kauai gets hot.. we were able to stay out most of the day and run fans at night, which made the heat more manageable. That being said Kauai is really expensive and finding a more affordable rental is hard! You have to weigh your trade offs.

The location was perfect for watching the sunrise with a cup of tea on the balcony or from the beach just steps from the condo. It was centrally located in Kapa'a and all points of interest on Kauai, especially the airport. The management team and cleaning staff were very friendly and communicative; the condo was clean and well stocked. The dedicated parking spot was much appreciated. My only suggestion is that the dryer needs to be vented to the outdoors as it's nearly impossible to dry laundry in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, very happy with our stay.

My family stayed there for five days. The condo was very clean, lots of space, with a balcony with nice ociean view. My boys really liked it and said it was a real vacation. It is close to shopping and many attractions. The parking was easy. We absolutely enjoyed it and would recommend it to my friends.

This unit was so nice—exceptionally clean. Nicely appointed and felt roomy for a compact space. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom—appreciated seasonings and basics provided. Completely clear communication and simple check in. The property was clean and well maintained with beautiful fragrance from all the flowers. Close and walkable to many shopping and food options. My one wish was for AC in the bathroom. The AC didn’t really reach there, but we just got ready in our rooms. Great place and I’d go back in a minute!

Our stay was great! Condo with ocean views and access to the beach with chairs available for laying out in the grassy area by the pool. We even snorkeled in the water by the beach. Wear shoes on the reef! It was great having our own laundry room and kitchen during our week long stay. We enjoyed quiet breakfasts on the balcony with the views and sound of the ocean. Even used the shared pool. The stay was very comfortable and a perfect location on the island as we visited everywhere on the island during our stay. Would highly recommend!

We love this location as it is conveniently located near downtown Kapaa, the restaurants and beach. We used the pedestrian and bike path along the coast for morning walks. We appreciated the elevator to the second floor. Management was very responsive when had issue with television.

Nous avons été reçues comme des princesses, avec des petites attentions à l’arrivée telle que des chips, du cacao… Tout le nécessaire est dans l’appartement ou dans la résidence. Our stay here was wonderful! This place has everything you’d ever need. Comfy bed, the pull out couch was ok comfy a little springy at places, the TVs were both smart, dishwashers worked great, THERE WAS SO MUCH ICE IN THE FREEZER which was much needed as all water in Hawaii is a balmy 80 degrees. The place was very clean, the apt is old Kauai vibes- it’s cute AC is in the living room. It can get a little toasty in the bedroom, but if you keep the door open and put fans in the hallway, it really helps. GREAT for the price- this place is like $400 a night to stay if u book with the resort. It was SUPER well stocked with towels, beach towels, linens, pillows, it had a cooler, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, etc Very close to tons of yummy restaurants, the resort has tons to do (we recommend the hot tub after long days), close to cool hikes and a great boogie boarding beach, touristy shopping, etc Kind host- helped us extend our stay last minute with an extra fee

This unit is perfect for a family vacation. It is well stocked with all the essentials, short walk from the pool and the beach. We had one small issue with a faucet, but the property manager had somebody out the same day to fix it.

We are a family of four and stayed at Garden Island Properties for a week in June. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and clean. The AC worked great. The only issue we had was with the wi-fi. It didn’t always work. Pool area was delightful and we loved the ocean view. The location of the property was great, so close to the airport.

This unit is perfect for a family vacation. It is well stocked with all the essentials, short walk from the pool and the beach. We had one small issue with a faucet, but the property manager had somebody out the same day to fix it.

Very nice place. We loved being a few steps away from the pool and beach. Well stocked kitchen. Dining table and sofas were a perfect size. The location on the island was perfect. We were not too far from any of the adventures we had booked whether is was a boat tour of Napali or surf lessons in Hanalei.

We are a family of four and stayed at Garden Island Properties for a week in June. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and clean. The AC worked great. The only issue we had was with the wi-fi. It didn’t always work. Pool area was delightful and we loved the ocean view. The location of the property was great, so close to the airport.

We had a great time at Plantation Hale Suites. The unit was well furnished and had some beautiful artwork on all the walls. We had an ocean view from our rental unit. There was a pool and hot tub next to our building. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels both bathroom and beach. There was a cooler available to us. There were plenty of ice trays and some freezer packs to fill up that cooler as well. Boss Frogs was a 10 minute walk so we rented some bikes one day and snorkeling equipment another. Coconut Marketplace was right down the road which had some restaurants and many tourist shops as well as a farmers market on Tues & Thurs. We bought tons of the mini bananas and ate them every day. We had a wonderful time staying at Plantation Hale. Thanks!!

We like the Plantation Hale because of its location just south of Kapaa town and in the middle of choosing to go north to Hanalei or south to Poipu. It is just steps from the Coconut Marketplace. We have stayed there several times. The condo, F-7 is very nice with original Hawaiian art on the walls and has everything one needs to cook with. Just outside the condo is the swimming pool and BBQ setup for the guests. The owners of the condo have left an ice chest with ice packs in the freezer, beach chairs, beach towels, and other beach needs. That saves a lot of extra time and money for purchasing those items. I can't think of anything we would change in the condo. We rented it through Garden Island Properties LLC and it was less expensive than going through the hotel office. The people at Garden Island Properties were very helpful and made sure we had the beach towels, bath towels, and anything else we needed for our stay. They were OUTSTANDING! Easy reservation process and very professional.

Simple and clean place close to the beach. Not very fancy or modern, but practical for a short stay close to the beach.

The place would have been perfect except for a couple of maintenance problems. The location was ideal and people were especially kind and considerate even thou it was an older condo the furnishings were exceptionally nice. A new tub would have improved the experience in Hawaii by making it more enjoyable as we are tub people. And the AC unit in the bed room covered the whole unit by leaving the door open all the time but it was too loud for me and my daughters. It at times would wake us up on numerous occasions.

I like the ground floor unit, and it doesn't look directly at any other units. There is some road noise but the landscaping shields the unit from the road well. The furniture wasn't super comfy and the kitchen was very basic on equipment. you can walk to a beach but it's not great for swimming. The pools are smallish but there are 3. There wasn't much to make it homey; no books, no games, no videos. The beach equipment is basic; 2 chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. It is right across the street from a nice but expensive market that has a good deli and coffee, and lots of stores are within walking distance. At the end of the stay, emailed instructions told me to turn in the parking pass and laundry things, but the office said to leave them in the unit. But, since it was 10 minutes after 10, they had already changed the locks. Seemed a little hasty since the place didn't look that busy.

We were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness, attractiveness, and location. The unit is within walking distance to grocery stores, deli’s, restaurants, bicycle and other equipment rentals and the beach trail. We also chose the location for its easy driving distance to the North Shore and to Lihue. The condo is spacious and attractively furnished as the site photos show. The amenities such as new linens and a full set of new cooking utensils added to our satisfaction. A7 has a pleasnant garden view with beautiful orchids nestled in the trees. During our weeklong stay, we also enjoyed the hot tub, the filtered water station and easy parking. There is some traffic noise, but it was not an issue for us. The property association staff were always accessible and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

Condo was in a great location next to Coconut Marketplace and not far from Kapa'a. It isnt like a fancy resort, but provided us everything we needed in a quiet condo setting. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Parking was always available and close by. It was a great value.

We loved the quiet, laid back, family feel of the place. Our condo was just as described...perfect for the 3 of us. Several pools available and laundry rooms down the hall. The location was excellent as it is a short walk to the beach, short walk to Coconut Marketplace or Longs Drugs for anything you might need and it is centrally located for anywhere you want to go on the island. Great stay!

Simple and clean place close to the beach. Not very fancy or modern, but practical for a short stay close to the beach.

Could use more USB ports and power adapters. Carpets were a bit old, and bathroom could use an upgrade, but was clean.

We enjoyed our week at this property in Kapa'a Kauai. It is super clean and in a great central location. Close to a beach and central to the North Shore and southern areas. The staff were all great and we just enjoyed our time there immensely! Highly recommend.

This space was the perfect home base with exploring all of Kaua’i. Our host was super responsive and happy to help us in any way. Check-in and check out instructions were easy to follow. Definitely my top choice when staying on Kaua’i when traveling around it as a whole.

I like the ground floor unit, and it doesn't look directly at any other units. There is some road noise but the landscaping shields the unit from the road well. The furniture wasn't super comfy and the kitchen was very basic on equipment. you can walk to a beach but it's not great for swimming. The pools are smallish but there are 3. There wasn't much to make it homey; no books, no games, no videos. The beach equipment is basic; 2 chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. It is right across the street from a nice but expensive market that has a good deli and coffee, and lots of stores are within walking distance. At the end of the stay, emailed instructions told me to turn in the parking pass and laundry things, but the office said to leave them in the unit. But, since it was 10 minutes after 10, they had already changed the locks. Seemed a little hasty since the place didn't look that busy.

Convenient location, property was clean, overall our unit was a great size for a family of 4. The only thing I would mention is to make sure you have cooking supplies; olive oil or cooking spray, and spices.

The place would have been perfect except for a couple of maintenance problems. The location was ideal and people were especially kind and considerate even thou it was an older condo the furnishings were exceptionally nice. A new tub would have improved the experience in Hawaii by making it more enjoyable as we are tub people. And the AC unit in the bed room covered the whole unit by leaving the door open all the time but it was too loud for me and my daughters. It at times would wake us up on numerous occasions.

I had a wonderful stay at Kanani's home. My favorite part was how quiet it was and in a really great and safe location with restaurants and a market just a short walking distance away. I loved that they provided beach chairs and a cooler. I really enjoyed my stay and was very sad to leave beautiful Kauai. I would definitely recommend anyone to book their stay here!

My mom (70-ish) and I stayed in this condo on Kaua'i for a week to visit family. The first-floor setup with two separate beds located close to parking worked very well for us. We cooked a good amount, and the kitchenette had everything we needed, down to coffee filters/trash bags/cleaning supplies. Quiet, clean property within a short distance to restaurants and shopping. I walked several times on the beach path, and the access was easy to find. I would definitely return to this property on a future trip with our young kids. The central location would make it easier to daytrip to either side of the island. You can pay an arm and a leg to stay on Kaua'i, but this condo is a great fit for those wanting something more affordable!

We were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness, attractiveness, and location. The unit is within walking distance to grocery stores, deli’s, restaurants, bicycle and other equipment rentals and the beach trail. We also chose the location for its easy driving distance to the North Shore and to Lihue. The condo is spacious and attractively furnished as the site photos show. The amenities such as new linens and a full set of new cooking utensils added to our satisfaction. A7 has a pleasnant garden view with beautiful orchids nestled in the trees. During our weeklong stay, we also enjoyed the hot tub, the filtered water station and easy parking. There is some traffic noise, but it was not an issue for us. The property association staff were always accessible and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend.
